We are excited and grateful to be offering weekly Kundalini Yoga classes in Suffolk. This ancient technology will give your body, mind and soul a complete workout. Combining movement, breath (pranayama), sound (mantra and music) and meditation Kundalini Yoga is a fun, dynamic and incredibly transformational practice.  Learn the art of self-healing, elevation and relaxation and be enabled to live a life of positivity, endurance and courage.

These days, many of us are experiencing high levels of stress and finding it difficult to cope with the challenges of our day to day lives. No prior experience is necessary, Kundalini Yoga is accessible to everyone regardless of experience, age or flexibility and so is suitable for complete beginners.

Please bring a yoga mat if you are able to and also a blanket and cushion for deep relaxation. You may also like to bring a water bottle, although glasses of water are available. It is recommended that you do not eat a heavy meal for at least two hours before the class.
